204/366: intrepid tree, two times

This tree, stretching over a gorge, can be seen from the top of Yantic Falls. The first shot was taken early morning one day; the second taken mid-afternoon the day before.

202/366: street lamp and stairs

I spent the last week visiting my parents in Norwich, CT, and was able to take several long walks with my camera. It was interesting to me how orienting myself to the different place (geography, history, walking instead of biking) required also reorienting myself to the logic of photographs (light, shadows, shapes, framing, etc). I'll try to post several Norwich pictures over the coming week or two.
