Hah! Super G did this too this year! Maybe it's a thing.
He also used to buzz cut his hair every year (although, for him it was in college and for the first couple years of grad school). He took a break, and then did it again this year only to feel like it made him look older. I personally like the look, but now I guess he understands why I don't care when he tells ME that he prefers my hair short (whereas I'm growing it long right now).
Just to clarify, the haircut is by yidg, the picture is by me.
I had the opposite experience of Super G. After I cut my long hair off last year, people said I looked 20 years younger (as if I looked 60!)
