Is it stuck on a layer of glass? Those are actual shadows, not part of the stencil, right? My favorite thing about this one is the motion line shooting skyward, presumably behind a ball batted outta the park.
yes, this sticker is on a window. The motion image is just some sort of smear on the surface, though your interpretation is perfect.
